4A molecular sieve
Advantage
Strong Adsorption Capacity: 4A molecular sieve has an adsorption capacity for non-ionic surfactants that is three times that of NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) and sodium carbonate, and five times that of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) and sodium sulfate. This property allows for the incorporation of more surfactants in the production of high-concentration laundry powders, resulting in products with better washing and flow performance.
High Selectivity: 4A molecular sieve has high selectivity and can selectively adsorb target molecules among a variety of molecules.
Stable Pore Structure: The pore structure of 4A molecular sieve is stable, maintaining its adsorption performance in different environments.
Acid and Alkali Resistance: 4A molecular sieve has good acid and alkali resistance, allowing it to work stably under different pH conditions.
Activation Treatment: 4A molecular sieve is non-toxic, highly safe for humans, and does not irritate the eyes or skin. It does not cause allergies and is safe and reliable to use.
Non-Polluting: After use, it deposits in the soil without causing pollution and can even improve soil quality.
Reusable: A significant breakthrough of 4A molecular sieve is its transformation from a traditional single-use molecular sieve into a reusable one. It allows for the reuse of the same adsorption factor without altering the molecular sieve's structure, greatly saving costs and research time.
Applications of 4A molecular sieve

Molecular sieve adsorbents are commonly used in drying equipment such as air compressors and liquefied gas stations.
Adsorbs water, methanol, ethanol, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, ethylene, and propylene, but does not adsorb propane.
Deep drying of gases and liquids such as air, natural gas, alkanes, and refrigerants.
Static drying of pharmaceuticals, electronic components, and perishable items.
Used as a desiccant in paints, dyes, and coatings.

Precautions for use
Avoid Contact with Oil and Liquid Water: 4A molecular sieve should be kept away from oil and liquid water. During use, avoid contact with these substances to prevent affecting the performance of the molecular sieve.
Proper Storage and Handling: Store 4A molecular sieves in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse to avoid moisture or contamination.
Activation Treatment: 4A molecular sieves may need activation before use to remove adsorbed moisture and other impurities. Typically, activation involves heating to a certain temperature (e.g., 350°C), then cooling in air to about 200°C before storing in a desiccator. If possible, use dry nitrogen for protection during cooling and storage to prevent re-adsorption of moisture from the air.
Operational Safety: Follow safety procedures when handling 4A molecular sieves, avoid dust dispersion, keep the work area clean, and reduce dust generation and spread.
Personal Protection: Operators should wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves to prevent dust inhalation or skin contact, ensuring personal safety.
