Advanced Denitrification and Phosphorus Removal - Yanshan Project

This project has a treatment capacity of 30,000 m³/day and is a key component of the national nitrogen control plan for rivers entering the sea. Longantai Enviro. utilizes its independently developed LSF series specialized denitrification and phosphorus removal media, achieving low-cost and efficient denitrification and phosphorus removal at the end of the water treatment process. This technology does not rely on carbon sources and does not cause an increase in COD levels in the effluent, making it an ideal choice for treating wastewater with low COD and high nitrogen and phosphorus levels.
Wastewater Quality: After biological treatment, the wastewater still has excessive total nitrogen and total phosphorus levels.

Process Description: The project mainly includes structures such as a regulation tank, an accident pool, a hydrolysis-acidification tank, an A/O reaction tank, a high-density sedimentation tank, an LSF autotrophic denitrification filter, and a sodium hypochlorite disinfection system. It also encompasses facilities such as the backwash blower room, the backwash pump room, the effluent discharge pipeline of the sewage treatment plant, the accident wastewater pipeline, the dosing room, the deodorization room, and the administrative building.
