Inner Mongolia Jinyou Chemical Co., Ltd.

The project has a treatment capacity of 100 m3/day, with COD of 8,000 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen of 400 mg/L, and total phosphorus of 5 mg/L. It involves wastewater from a chemical enterprise. Longantai Enviro. applied its independently developed multistage catalytic oxidation technology to remove hard-to-degrade pollutants while improving biodegradability, reducing the load on subsequent biochemical treatment processes. The treated effluent meets the receiving standards of the industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant: COD < 500 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen < 35 mg/L, and total phosphorus < 1 mg/L. This enables the recycling of water used in the chemical park’s production processes, addressing water resource shortages and meeting the requirements of China’s sustainable recycling strategy.
Wastewater Quality: The wastewater has a high concentration of organic matter, with poor biodegradablility making it particularly challenging to treat.
Influent Water Volume: 100 m3/d
Process Description: The main components include structures such as an equalization tank, emergency tank, pH adjustment tank, high-efficiency sedimentation tank, A/O biochemical tank, secondary sedimentation tank, and sludge thickening tank. Equipment includes the LEM micro-electrolysis reactor and LDF Fenton reactor. Additional facilities include a backwash blower room, sewage treatment plant effluent discharge pipeline, emergency wastewater pipeline, reclaimed water pipeline, sludge treatment workshop, dosing room, deodorization room, laboratory, and a comprehensive building.
