The existing treatment process flow is as follows: ammonia wastewater → oil separation tank → flotation machine → regulation tank → anaerobic tank → anoxic tank → aerobic tank → secondary sedimentation tank → coagulation reaction tank → coagulation sedimentation tank → filter. Currently, the system operates with an effluent COD of approximately 120-150 mg/L, which does not meet the existing discharge standards. It is necessary to implement advanced treatment of the wastewater to reduce the concentration of organic matter, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the sewage treatment system, lowering operational costs, and achieving discharge standards.

The wastewater primarily consists of coking wastewater.
