This project has a treatment capacity of 2,400 m3/d and is a wastewater treatment project for a key coal chemical enterprise located in the Wutong Industrial Park, Wutong Town, Xiaoyi City, Lvliang, Shanxi Province.
Longantai Company applies its self-developed oil separation and air flotation technology + LCO ozone catalytic oxidation technology + high-efficiency AO biochemical process. This combination effectively removes dozens of inorganic and organic compounds from the coal chemical wastewater. Inorganic compounds mainly include large amounts of ammonium salts, thiocyanates, sulfides, and cyanides; organic compounds include phenols, mono- and polycyclic aromatic compounds, and nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur-containing heterocyclic compounds that are difficult to degrade.
The treatment ensures that the wastewater meets the "indirect discharge" parameters specified in Table 3 of GB16171-2012 "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Coking Chemical Industry," with the following standards: COD < 80 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen < 10 mg/L, and total nitrogen < 25 mg/L.
