Hubuzhai Sewage Treatment Plant

The Hubuzhai Sewage Treatment Plant has a treatment capacity of 20,000 m3/day. Some of the wastewater requires pre-treatment, and Longantai company applies its independently developed micro-electrolysis catalytic oxidation technology to efficiently remove some refractory pollutants and enhance the wastewater's biodegradability. At the end of the treatment process, Longantai Environmental Protection provides ozone catalytic oxidation technology to remove residual refractory pollutants, ensuring that the final effluent has a COD < 40 mg/L
Wastewater Treatment:The wastewater has poor biodegradability, significant variations in water quality, and presents considerable treatment challenges.

Process Description:The main construction components include a regulation tank, accident tank, primary sedimentation tank, iron-carbon reduction unit, hydrolysis acidification tank, AO tank, secondary sedimentation tank, high-efficiency sedimentation tank, ozone oxidation unit, aerated biological filter, dosing room, blower room, ozone preparation workshop, sludge dewatering room, sludge drying workshop, and odor treatment unit.
