The Sewage Treatment Plant Project in Dongzhi Economic Development Zone


The sewage treatment plant in the Dongzhi Economic Development Zone has a treatment capacity of 20,000 m3/day and is part of a comprehensive chemical industrial park project. Longantai Enviro. applied its independently developed micro-electrolysis catalytic oxidation technology for pre-treatment, effectively removing residual refractory pollutants from the wastewater and enhancing its biodegradability. The influent water quality parameters are: CODcr ≤ 500 mg/L (B/C ≤ 0.1), SS < 100 mg/L, TDS < 5000 mg/L, and pH = 6~9. The required treatment results are: CODcr removal rate ≥ 25.0% and B/C ≥ 0.30. The system operates with excellent performance.Wastewater Quality:
The organic components in the wastewater are complex, making treatment challenging.

Process Description:The main construction components include a regulation tank, accident tank, primary sedimentation tank, iron-carbon reduction unit, hydrolysis acidification tank, AO tank, secondary sedimentation tank, high-efficiency sedimentation tank, ozone oxidation unit, aerated biological filter, activated carbon filtration unit, disinfection contact buffer tank, dosing room, blower room, ozone preparation workshop, sludge dewatering room, sludge drying workshop, and odor treatment unit.
