The Integrated Treatment Equipment for Domestic Sewage (LA-TBR Reactor) is a self-sustaining microbial membrane treatment device developed based on the characteristics of domestic sewage. The reactor uses a process line of anoxic-aerobic-autotrophic oxidation. It combines multiple functions including biological degradation of organic matter, aerobic-anoxic multifunctional nitrogen removal, biological membrane sludge retention, autotrophic denitrification, and sludge filtration. This system features a compact design, low operational costs, high resistance to organic load and flow fluctuations, high automation, and stable effluent quality. It is suitable for rural sewage treatment projects where water quality and flow rates vary significantly.

    1: Optimized Aeration System for Energy Efficiency: A targeted mathematical model-based control system for precise aeration has been developed. This system dynamically adjusts the aeration rate in real-time, aligning with the needs for microbial carbonization and nitrification. Compared to traditional methods relying on manual experience, this precise aeration system reduces the monthly power consumption per ton of water by more than 5%.

    2: Carbon Source-Free Autotrophic Nitrogen Removal: The use of autotrophic catalytic biofilter membranes achieves nitrate nitrogen removal without the need for additional carbon sources. Microbial communities utilize the LAT-TBR nitrogen removal filter membrane as an electron donor, breaking down nitrogen salts in wastewater, thereby reducing the total nitrogen in wastewater at a lower treatment cost.

    3: Microbial Immobilization Rate of 90%: The LAT-TBR biomass filter membrane, which integrates sludge and membrane symbiosis, significantly enhances the system's ability to withstand load shocks. It features resistance to low temperatures, impact, and starvation.

    4: Lower Activated Sludge Production: By controlling operational parameters and extending sludge age, endogenous respiration of activated sludge is promoted, increasing endogenous digestion and reducing sludge production.
