Leachate Wastewater Treatment Solution

This project has a treatment capacity of 500 m3/day and deals with leachate wastewater from a landfill, with a COD of 22,000 mg/L. Longantai Environmental applies its independently developed multi-stage catalytic oxidation technology, combined with biochemical treatment processes, to remove hard-to-degrade pollutants. This approach achieves Class IV surface water quality standards, with COD < 30 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen < 1.5 mg/L, and total phosphorus < 0.3 mg/L. The project supports the sustainable development of municipal solid waste management, mitigating environmental damage and water pollution, and has significant implications for maintaining ecological health.
Wastewater Quality: The wastewater exhibits high concentrations of BOD5 and COD, elevated metal content, significant variations in water quality and quantity, high levels of ammonia nitrogen, and an imbalance in the ratio of microbial nutrient elements.
