Livestock Farming Wastewater Treatment - Muyuan Company Project

After traditional biological treatment, the wastewater from livestock farming still contains large amounts of bacteria, viruses, and other organic matter, along with high color levels and elevated COD. Due to the limited environmental capacity of farmland surrounding the farms, large amounts of treated wastewater need to be stored in extensive tanks, leading to resource waste and significant challenges for large-scale livestock farms. Longantai Enviro. has applied its independently developed LCO ozone catalytic oxidation technology, which efficiently removes residual hard-to-degrade pollutants from the wastewater while simultaneously achieving deep sterilization and decolorization. This solution addresses the challenges of limited water availability, high water costs, and water resource wastage faced by livestock enterprises.

Wastewater Quality:Large volume, high color, high COD, and contains microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses.

Process Description:The project mainly includes structures such as solid-liquid separation, regulation tank, accident pool, hydrolysis tank, IC anaerobic tank, two-stage A/O process, MBR membrane tank, ozone catalytic oxidation system, and sodium hypochlorite disinfection system. It also encompasses facilities such as the backwash blower room, backwash pump room, ozone preparation room, effluent discharge pipeline of the sewage treatment plant, accident wastewater pipeline, recycled water pipeline, and dosing room.
