Lianyungang Hongke New Materials Co., Ltd. Biodegradable Materials Project (Phase I) Wastewater Pretreatment Project -- Maleic Anhydride Wastewater Treatme

This project involves the pretreatment of 1,200 m3/day of wastewater as part of the first phase of Lianyungang Hongke New Materials Co., Ltd.'s degradable materials project.
Longantai Enviro. has applied its independently developed micro-nano air flotation process combined with LEM electrochemical catalytic oxidation and high-density sedimentation processes to efficiently remove oils and hard-to-degrade organic pollutants from the wastewater. This approach achieves effective wastewater pretreatment, reducing the concentration of oil substances from 500-1000 mg/L to 10 mg/L, raising the pH from 2-3 to 6, and increasing the BOD/COD ratio by 0.15. As a result, pollutants in the treated water are significantly degraded, enhancing the biodegradability of the wastewater and reducing the burden on subsequent treatment processes.
Wastewater Quality:
Oil: Influent < 500-1000 mg/L, Effluent < 10 mg/L;
pH: Influent < 2-3, Effluent > 6; pH oxidation process increase of 1.5-3
B/C: Increase of 0.15
