Gaoyang Taisheng Dyeing and Weaving Co., Ltd. has a normal treatment process for its dyeing wastewater. However, due to the high water demand in dyeing operations, the company decided to implement deep treatment of the dyeing wastewater for reuse in the front-end production processes.
Based on extensive engineering experience and small-scale trial results, our company has been commissioned to design a treatment solution using LCO Ozone Catalytic Oxidation Technology combined with Membrane Treatment. The treatment process has yielded excellent results, with the treated water meeting the reuse standards.
Wastewater Quality: The treatment process successfully reduced the COD from 300 mg/L to 100 mg/L and removed the color to achieve a colorless effluent.
