The raw water contains a significant amount of aniline substances, which has a major impact on the biochemical process. Our company’s self-developed LEM micro-electrolysis catalytic oxidation technology is used to break the chemical bonds of toxic and harmful substances, effectively reducing the toxicity of the raw water and improving the wastewater B/C ratio. This lays a solid foundation for the normal operation of the entire process.

 

Products: Terephthalic Acid, Acetic Acid, Dimethylformamide (DMF), Dimethylacetamide (DMAC), Xylene, Dyes, Aniline

Wastewater Quality: The treatment process successfully reduced the COD from 300 mg/L to 100 mg/L and removed the color to achieve a colorless effluent.

Overall Wastewater COD: 3,000 mg/L

Final Effluent COD: ≤ 100 mg/L

Influent COD of Micro-Electrolysis Process: 32,000 mg/L

Effluent COD after Flocculation and Sedimentation: ≤ 8,000 mg/L

Removal Efficiency: 75%
