A Photovoltaic Project in Suzhou and Ma'anshan

The project has a treatment capacity of 16,000 m3/day, with COD < 40, and involves wastewater from a photovoltaic enterprise. Longantai Envrio. applied its independently developed catalytic oxidation technology as an advanced treatment process to degrade organic matter. The final effluent achieved water reuse in the industrial park, meeting the Class IV standard for COD < 30 under the "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard." This contributes to the ongoing implementation of energy conservation, emission reduction, and green development, as well as the continuous advancement of carbon neutrality goals, providing strong support for the photovoltaic industry to maintain its rapid growth.

Wastewater Quality: The wastewater has a high concentration of organic matter, making it challenging to treat.

Influent Water Volume: 16000 m3/d

Process Description: The main components include an equalization tank, LCO ozone reaction tower, backwash blower room and backwash pump room, ozone preparation room, sewage treatment plant effluent discharge pipeline, emergency wastewater pipeline, reclaimed water pipeline, sludge treatment workshop, dosing room, deodorization room, laboratory, and a comprehensive building, among other facilities.
